**For all teams except JTM, these will be longer practices. Teams will learn entire comp routine within these practices**
CHEER SEASON OPTIONS
Option 1 - Traditional Fall Season
Begins July 15th and runs through teams last comp
$400 paid at once or in installments all due in full by June 1st
Game day uniform provided, must be returned at end of season
$50 rental fee for comp uniform OR $100 to purchase your own comp uniform
Option 2 - Year Round Cheer
Begins July 15th and runs though last comp in May
Once your team is finished competing, whether after Mid FL, Regionals or Nationals in fall season, the team drops back to a two day a week practice schedule.
Once back to the two day practice schedule, you will follow the school schedule in regards to Thanksgiving break, Christmas break, Spring break, etc. Please note if your team is competing at Regional or Nationals you WILL practice during Thanksgiving break.
No teams practice during Christmas break or Spring break
$925 with $400 paid by June 1st and remaining $525 paid in full by November 1st. Payment Schedule: $150 deposit, $125 1st of May, June, July, $100 1st of August, September, October, November
Game day uniform provided and must be returned at end of fall season or subject to replacement cost of $200
$50 rental fee for fall comp uniform + $50 rental fee for spring comp uniform or you may purchase your own uniform for $100
This option offers a $75 discount as registering separately will cost $1,000
Option 3 - Add Spring Season after registering for Fall Season
Begins after last fall comp
$600 paid in one payment of $600 or two payments of $300
$50 rental fee for comp uniform if you did not purchase during fall season

Regionals - Thanksgiving weekend Friday-Sunday at Silver Spurs Arena Kissimmee
Nationals - Week of 12/7 - Charlotte NC
Mid FL competition mandatory for all
If you chose to opt out of Nationals, you will NOT compete at Regionals and season ends after Mid FL
We will NOT be opting into Queen City this year - the only way any team will make it to Nationals is the natural way by placing at both Mid FL and Regionals
Nationals Competition
Week of 12/7 in Charlotte NC (exact required dates TBD)
This is considered a “Pay To Play Event” meaning you are required to stay with the team, book for a minimum amount of days at a set price through Pop Warner
Multiple fundraising events throughout the season with the goal of getting every cheerleader fee fully covered
Parents are required to book the same way as cheerleader and pay a slightly smaller spectator fee
Spectator fee including hotel and competition entry (Parking is separate)
Approximate cost based on last year's numbers is $575/athlete and $400/spectator. This number fluctuates based on hotel and becomes cheaper per person as number of people in room grows or more expensive with less people This is and estimate and not actual guaranteed cost
Game Days
Games are on Saturdays at Oviedo High School for home games and traveling within Central Florida for regular season away games.
Cheerleaders are expected to be a the field one hour before kick off for book check and warm ups
If you miss book check, you do not cheer
If you miss more than two games you are disqualified from competing by Mid FL
Uniforms
There are two uniforms each cheerleader will use
Game Day Uniform & Comp Uniform
You may either rent the comp uniform for $50 for the season or purchase your own uniform at Cost for $100
Your cheerleader will need black cheer shoes and black no show socks
Bows provided
Team shirt provided
Practice uniforms are available for purchase
Fundraising
Each cheerleader is required to do Fill My Bow with a goal of raising $500 each
If you fill your bow, you are only required to attend one fundraising event
If you do not fill your bow you are required to attend 2 fundraising events
If you do not attend required events, you forfeit all rights to association contribution towards Nationals comp fee (whether all or part of fees) and will be required to cover 100% of your cheerleaders Nationals fees
Multiple fundraising events are scheduled with more to be added

Community Activities
We participate in OHS homecoming parade, Pop Warner Night during a OHS Varsity football game and Oviedo Christmas Parade. All dates released as soon as HS and city releases them.
Parent Volunteers
All families are required to work one home game unless paying the opt out fee at registration. You will work the game before your child's game. Depending on the team this could be a 1-1.5 hour time slot
PRACTICES ARE MANDATORY, CHOREO IS MANDATORY AND GAMES ARE MANDATORY. EVERY TEAM WILL BE UTILIZING A CODE OF CONDUCT AND AN ATTENDANCE DEMERIT SYSTEM. FAILURE TO ATTEND CAN RESULT IN TEAM REMOVAL WITHOUT REFUND
